Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it. I Corinthians 12:27
Therefore if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others. In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus. Philippians 2:1-5
It has been difficult not seeing all of you during the pandemic stay at home order. I think about many of you and wonder how you are doing. I have seen some of you via ZOOM for women’s group, Sunday School or Club 212. If you have the opportunity, please join in on one of the ZOOM meetings. I want to remind you that you are all part of the body and we are all united in Christ. Each of you is an important part of the body of believers. As we move forward through the phases of opening up our state and into the new “normal” our communication and greeting each other may be different. We may have to use words to replace our firm handshakes and warm hugs. Our facial expressions may also become a more important part in expressing our care and concern for each other. Our emails, texts, cards, and phone calls will play a huge part in the Living Hope Community Church family remaining one body united in Christ. Please reach out to those you are thinking about. Or if you are struggling, need a listening ear or just need to hear a different voice reach out to the body of believers, your Living Hope Community Church family.
